The George Washington University's GSHED school prepared me to further my executive education experience with one degree and certificate. These programs focused upon non profit law, human resource management, financial oversight, Title 1 and IDEA ACT law, Data driven leadership, and leading cross functional teams.
Harvard University's Professional Development school has given me a greater insight into fearless, relentless leadership that is research based. I look forward to completing my second certificate in 2026.
These programs focus upon managing, coaching, and developing talent at the executive level. Also, providing leadership to C-suite teams.

Regent University's MTP and Curriculum expert Master's in Education is one of the most clincial education training experiences I've ever had. Research to practice and data analysis were a major part of my thesis.

Minor: Spanish
Liberty University has an outstanding program for undertanding youth development and sociology. My minor in Spanish has helped me to be an effective communicator with so many types of speakers and understand ESOL, ESL learners. I am becoming fluent through much practice. This program focused upon sociology, psychology, human development, diverse learners, and effective leadership.
My Passion
Whether it's creating fatherhood initiatives in challengings areas of the city, developing over 45 school leaders, or working with some of our most struggling students in the DC Metro area, I have been led by a passion to serve the underserved!
Leading strong and impactful organizations requires getting out of our comfort zone to provide great leadership to change the trajectory of the lives of people that will impact the next generation. It takes passion to do this kind of work!
